I don't know about anyone else, but I feel like this winter has lasted forever! We have had so much sickness throughout this winter, I will be so happy to see Spring! Anyway, aside for all the illnesses that have taken over our house, we have had some fun times!
I know all of these are long overdue, but that's how I roll...so, here you go!
My parents came out for Christmas this year. They were able to come for a week and the kids had SO much fun seeing Grandma and Grandpa. Jace really had a great time getting to know them. I wish we were closer, so the kids could see them more often.
One of the first things that had to happen when they got here, was building a snow man! He was huge!

Grandpa and Ricky took the kids sledding on an awesome hill that we just found. It is right in our neighborhood and there is NEVER anyone there! It will hopefully remain a secret!

The boys loved going down backwards!

We also had a Gingerbread House building contest...both teams did a great job!

This year Santa brought us one main present, a piano. We were all really excited!
The plan is for me and Kambry to take lessons this year.

Another huge hit was Daxton's Spiderman costume...who knew that it would be so loved by both young and old? Sorry Grandma...older.

We were lucky enough to have Grandma here on her birthday! It was fun to spend the day with her. We celebrated that night by going to
Sesame Street Live. Fun right? We had planned to go see
Wicked, but the tickets we could actually afford were all sold out. Well, it wasn't
Wicked, but the kids sure loved it! (Even though Kambry pretended she was too old for it and said that she should have brought a book to read...we still saw her laughing!)

We were sad to see Grandpa and Grandma go, but we sure loved spending time with them. There are a lot more pictures to come, from the LONG winter!

Looks like you had a good Christmas. My parents came up too, and it was fun watching Sylas get to know them. I didn't see any pictures of Grandma though??? And I wish we knew about that hill this winter!!! But, hey, who knows it still might snow.
How cute is your family? Totally adorable. Good luck with piano lessons. I personally remember dreading piano practice and I'm sure as parents it will be a nighmare. I love that you caught Kambry laughing at Sesame Street even though she is too big and mature :)
I am glad that your folks could make it out for Christmas! I am even more glad that you finally posted!
Okay, I remember you saying how giagantor your snowman was,but seriously! IT was GIGANTOR in that picture! hahahah I have never seen a snowman built that big! Nice job! I commend you all! :)
Too bad you missed one good picture - the robe that we made for Kambry. She looked so grownup.
